Pizza Maker
Craft delicious mod pizza creations with precision and passion. You'll be the heart of our kitchen, ensuring every pizza meets our high-quality standards.
- No experience required — we train you
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
Shift Supervisor
Lead and inspire your team during shift operations. You'll oversee daily workflows, coach crew members, and ensure every guest has an outstanding experience.
- 1+ year restaurant or retail experience
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and POS systems
Customer Service Crew
Be the friendly face of Mod Pizza. You'll greet guests, take orders, answer questions about our modpizza menu, and ensure every visit is memorable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Passion for guest satisfaction
- Availability on weekends preferred
- Minimum 16 years of age
Kitchen Manager
Oversee all kitchen operations including food prep, inventory management, and quality control. Ensure every mod pizza that leaves our kitchen is perfection.
- 2+ years kitchen management experience
- Food Safety Manager Certification
- Knowledge of food cost and inventory
- Ability to train and develop staff
Delivery Driver
Deliver fresh, hot mods pizza directly to our customers' doors. You'll represent our brand in the community and ensure every delivery is timely and accurate.
- Valid driver's license and clean record
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Familiarity with Reston/NOVA area
- Smartphone with GPS capability
General Manager
Lead the entire Mod Pizza location — from team development and financial performance to guest experience and community engagement.
- 3+ years restaurant management
- P&L and budget management experience
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills
- Passion for the modpizza brand mission
